She was very patient and made sure we were notified of new listings right away and made time for us to see them since the market turnover is so fast right now. Her banking knowledge came in handy, as she picked up the slack and did the jobs of the mortgage brokers when they dropped the ball! I recommend Shannon 1000% and would use her again no question, but that won't be for a long time since she helped us find our dream home!

She has been working with us for years prior to us moving from NY to NC and has ensured that we were all set. Even when we were not ready to move initially, she stayed in touch with us and checked in over the years and during our visits. Her knowledge of the area and homes have been invaluable. We wanted to upgrade to a larger, new construction, single family home and Shannon did a great job helping us pick a community, lot, and assisted with the build choices based on things that would really add long-term value and it was a huge help. Things do not always go smoothly with new builds, but Shannon was on top of all of the meetings and little nuances that come with construction and it turned out great. Even with me being very picky about the house I wanted, she always made time at an instants notice when a new house would pop up, to meet me at it to go through it. She is very knowledgeable about house buying and during the closing process, insisted on what I should ask the sellers for to protect myself as much as possible. He was very happy using her so we decided to use her as well for helping us find a home in North Carolina after living in New York our entire life. We spent a few months working with her from our NY home before we went down to NC to actually look at the homes in person. Before we got there, she sent us many homes online to look at to help start guiding us in the right direction. However, not really understanding the area and the pros and cons of one town from another was difficult but Shannon did a great job once we went down to NC trying to both show us through home tours and on paper what was in our best interests. We took her advice and ending up finding the perfect home for us that checked off just about every detail that we wanted. The best part was that it was even less expensive than what we were expecting to pay. Lastly, when we went down to NC for the week that we went house hunting , she spent a great deal of time with us that week and altered her schedule to be sure that we saw as many homes as we wanted before we went back to NY. That was great customer service!

On the selling end, she knew exactly what I needed to do to get the house ready. My house was under contract in 2 1/2 days and sold for Full Listing Price in the summer market ! On the buying end, she went into the houses weighing the pros and cons and letting me decide if I was interested. I had very specific location and price which restricted me tremendously, but she was determined to find me the right home. She wasn’t pushy on either end and definitely educated me on what I needed to know, explaining the why behind it. She was very knowledgeable and patient. I would highly recommend her to anyone that is interested in buying or selling.

She tried to make sure that we buy the right house. Whenever we asked information for a house or for a neighborhood she made a detailed analysis. During the negotiation process she wanted us to be firm and that helped us a lot. She knows the local market well, she has great negotiation skills and she responds to messages and emails immediately.
